Old cradle design

This is our very early version of Kangaroo Cradle. We started design and manufacturing of this cradle back from year 2003. We have gone through a lot of hardship and difficulties include solving problems with lots of trial and errors. We also gone through few years of patent infringement legal case with our competitor and eventually God blessed that finally the judge raise our hand in the court.

Throughout the years, we also make different models such as below but does not look good in designed due to our limited capability that time.

New Design : From Kangaroo Cradle to Kangaroo Cuddle

Latest design of Kangaroo Cuddle with circular spring arrangement. With more experienced we gained, we are developing modern and beautiful design to fulfill the need of high end customers in Europe. The product has been redesigned to improve on reliability, reduce the noise level to below 45dB, increase life-span of parts and improve user friendliness with outlook.

The design process is not over even when manufacturing begins. In fact, we iterate the design throughout manufacturing for few years. The product is built, tested and reviewed, then we improves on it and it’s built all over again. These cycles take few years and may be run many times over the whole product’s development life cycle.

A lot of focus has been placed in safety of the design, example there is no connection that expose with open loop. All the hook are closed loop to ensure not easily jump out. Material selection are of high-quality, such as stainless steel, plastic encapsulation material, gears, etc. We also incorporation Poka Yoke design (A full-proof) method to ensure safety of the product.

To packaging aim to improve parent user experience to own a high end quality product for the baby. The good user experience not only usability but also emotional aspect of the design.
